When you choose our wine, you also choose Abramo’s work. He is the one who every day tends the vineyards with meticulous care, experience and attention to detail. He knows this land, interprets its rhythms and knows how to guide each vine towards its best expression. This is where the quality of our grapes is born: from constant presence, precise gestures and deep knowledge of the vineyard.

She carries Al Canevon forward with the same care and awareness received from her grandfather and father Abramo. For her, Prosecco is not just a wine to produce, but an authentic way of telling the love for the land, the work in the vineyard and the fruits that every season can offer. Together with her daughter Sandy, Manuela works every day to make Prosecco Al Canevon known in Italy and around the world.

After the work in the vineyard, quality passes into Nicola’s hands. He is the one who in the cellar accompanies the wine through its most delicate stages: from vinification to sparkling wine production. Every choice requires attention, precision and respect, because only in this way can Prosecco truly express its identity.

Administration

She interprets the company identity with a forward-looking perspective. She handles administrative and commercial management, communication and the development of sales channels, maintaining a strong connection with local tradition and direct experience in the cellar. Her vision accompanies Al Canevon at the main national and international trade fairs, where the value of our wines can be shared with clients, partners and enthusiasts.
